Private Beta Terms of Use

These interim terms apply while Party Wall Aide is being tested by a small group of invited surveyors. Continued use of the beta means you agree to use it on this basis.
Private beta
Party Wall Aide is currently supplied to selected professional testers while its workflow, document output and commercial model are refined. Features may change and access may occasionally be interrupted.
Professional responsibility
The app is a case-management and drafting aid. It does not provide legal advice and does not replace the user’s professional judgement. You remain responsible for checking all facts, ownership details, dates, statutory requirements, service arrangements and exported documents before relying on or serving them.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another user’s information, upload unlawful material or interfere with the app’s operation.
Case data and files
Only add information you are entitled to use and avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive data. You are responsible for maintaining any records or backups required by your practice and for checking exported files remain complete and accessible.
Feedback and beta changes
Feedback may be used to improve Party Wall Aide without an obligation to adopt it. We may suspend or withdraw beta access, particularly for security, misuse or maintenance reasons, and will try to give reasonable notice where practical.
Availability and liability
The beta is provided for evaluation and may contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, Party Wall Aide is not responsible for losses caused by relying on unchecked output, missed statutory steps or temporary service unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
