Party Wall Aide
Private Beta Privacy Notice
Last updated 19 July 2026
This notice explains at a practical level how information is handled during the invitation-only Party Wall Aide beta.
Information we handle
This can include account and practice details, case and property information, party and surveyor details, uploaded documents and photographs, generated records, app activity, and details submitted through callback, demonstration, support or enquiry forms.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate users, provide and secure the beta service, save and export case work, investigate problems, communicate with testers and improve the product. We do not sell user or case data.
Service providers
Trusted hosting, authentication, storage, email and technical providers may process information on our behalf where needed to operate the service. Access is limited to what is required for those services.
Your responsibilities
Surveyors must have an appropriate basis for entering personal information into the app. Use realistic but non-sensitive test data where possible during the beta, and do not upload more personal information than the case requires.
Security and retention
We use access controls and cloud security features intended to protect stored information. No online service is risk-free. Beta data is kept while an account is active and for a reasonable period needed for support, security and product administration, unless earlier deletion is agreed or longer retention is required.
Access, correction and deletion
Contact us if you want to ask what account information is held, correct it, request deletion or raise a privacy concern. Some information may need to be retained where there is a legal, security or record-keeping reason.
Privacy questions or requests can be sent to support@partywallaide.co.uk.
