The goal is to test the real surveyor workflow: create a case, produce documents, check dates, export files and tell us where the app saves time or gets in the way.
First things to try
Export notices and acknowledgements
Select more than one section of work and confirm each notice has its own matching acknowledgement form.
Compare both award formats
Generate the same test award in FPWS and RICS formats, then note any clauses or formatting that need attention.
Try the SoC and case workflow
Add photos, export the schedule, save and reopen the case, and check the timeline identifies the next action.
Report issues through the app
Use Report an Issue and include screenshots where possible. Specific examples are the most useful.
Useful feedback prompts
- What still feels slow or repetitive?
- Which document wording needs changing?
- Did any deadline or warning feel confusing?
- Was anything awkward on phone or tablet?
- What would make this worth paying for every month?
Before serving
During beta, exported documents should always be reviewed before being served. The app is intended to reduce drafting time, not replace professional judgement.
